We built a brand first.
Then we became the co-packer we wished we had.
BrellaPak grew out of Brella Beverage's experience launching and co-packing beverage brands in Chicago. After years of guiding emerging brands through formulation, production, and fulfillment — and wishing a true full-service partner had existed for them — we built one. Today BrellaPak handles everything from formula to fulfilled order for bottles, droppers, and shots.
Who We Are
BrellaPak is Brella Beverage's full-service beverage co-packing operation. Brella has been serving emerging and established beverage brands from Chicago since 2018. Over those years we guided hundreds of brand founders through formulation, production, and fulfillment — and saw first-hand where the industry fell short.
When you work with BrellaPak, you get a single partner who handles bottles, droppers, and shots from formula to fulfilled order. Our facility at 1657 N Kostner Ave in Chicago runs filling lines and a quality lab under one roof.
Why We Exist
We built BrellaPak because emerging brands needed something the co-packing market wasn't set up to provide:

Low minimums that work financially — Most founders can't commit to 50,000 units before their first sale. We're built for smaller runs that grow with you.

Speed— From formulation sign-off to first pallet doesn't have to take six months. We move fast without cutting corners.

Format flexibility — Bottles, droppers, shots — across hemp, RTD, functional, and bev-alc categories. If you need it in a bottle, we can do it.
